Just Like Moms' Cleaning Services is a licensed company, Owner Operated. We are very dedicated service providers with many years of experience. We take pride in our work and the fact that we're providing a quality service. In comparison to cleaning companies with a lot of employees, Our small team comes with many years of experience, facilities maintenance certifications, efficiency, fluent in English, trustworthy and do this work for more than just the money; WE ENJOY WHAT WE DO! We can customize a special package for you. We love to provide our clients with the best prices possible based on the amount of services required. We will definitely work out something that will be suitable for your family's needs and budget. We are based in Hayward, CA and serve the surrounding areas.

 

** POLICIES ** 

FOR NEW CUSTOMERS ONLY, we require a deposit in the amount of half the fee at the time of booking your appointment. The full deposit will go towards the total fees due, unless our cancellation policy was not followed. We require full payment no later than 3 hours prior to the scheduled start time via any major credit/bank card or Paypal in order to keep your appointment (special circumstances must be previously arranged). We have a cancellation fee of $50 that will be assesed if the scheduled appointment is not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. In arrangements where the appointment was scheduled only 24 hours prior to the start time, we require at least a 4 hour notice of cancellation or the $50 fee will be invoiced per the contract agreement.

 

** REFERRALS **

WE LOVE REFERRALS. Send your family and friends to us and we will show your our gratitude. At the time of booking an appointment, if your name is mentioned to us, we will apply a $25 credit towards your next appointment.
